PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use depleted fossil resource to cope with runaway fuel costs.;SOLUTION: A heat chamber is disposed on a gun type burner, the warmed waste oil is sprayed from a combustion spray nozzle from one point of a plurality of points at a back portion of the heat chamber to perform the combined combustion in the heat chamber, one or a plurality of nozzles are disposed at the back portion of the heat chamber, the air press-fed from the nozzles by an optional pressure-feeding means is sprayed in a state of being rotated in the heat chamber to form the combined compressive combustion nucleus collective, the completely-burned flame and red-hot air are allowed to sneak through a net and a ceramic ring at a front part of the heat chamber to be utilized as the heat passing through a central portion of a truncated cone and the heat radially spreading along the truncated cone, and the combustion flame is intensively applied to a contact point heating part near a water level of a vertical water-tube boiler, thus the consumption of the fuel can be significantly reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
