PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilizing treatment method where hydrophilic properties are surely imparted to the inside of the flow passage of a fluid jetting head, thus the adsorption of bubbles on the wall face of the flow passage can be suppressed, to provide a hydrophilizing treatment device, and to provide a fluid jetting device.;SOLUTION: Disclosed is a hydrophilizing treatment method where hydrophilizing treatment is performed to the inside of the flow passage R of a fluid in a jetting head 24 provided with a nozzle forming face 11A in which a plurality of nozzle openings 211 are formed and jetting a fluid from the nozzle openings 211. While applying pressure from the upstream side of the flow passage R, the inside of the flow passage R is packed with a hydrophilic liquid material. Then, the hydrophilic liquid material is discharged from the inside of the flow passage R.
