PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight type filling device for rapidly packaging articles at high accuracy.;SOLUTION: Article weights in a plurality of measuring hoppers 8 are variously combined, the combination in which the total weight value is less than and close to the primary packaging weight Wu, predetermined to be less than a target weight Wt, is selected from among these combinations, and the articles to constitute the selected combination are discharged from the measuring hopper 8 accommodating these articles (Step S12). At least one measuring hopper 8 accommodating other articles than those to constitute the selected combination is selected (Step S14), and articles are discharged until the weight of these articles is reduced by weight nearly equal to the secondary packaging weight Wt that is the difference between the target weight Wt and the total weight of the selected combination (Steps S20, S22 and S24).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
