PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of business through disclosure of a "location map" not generally disclosed, out of house information related to real estate.;SOLUTION: In this technique for improving the efficiency of the business, a system for providing the "location map" to only an existing destination registered as a member is created, and an agent managing an Internet site automatically understands the member demanding the location map and a property corresponding to the demanded location map when demanding the location map. By displaying "provision to only a member" to a non-member when demanding the "location map", an advantage of the member can be made to be naturally recognized. Furthermore, a system for performing guidance to member registration by displaying "member registration here" is created.
