PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism adjusting the opening/closing timing for the nozzle gates which is applicable to multi-point gate injection molding machines having an open nozzle type nozzle configuration, and to provide a multi-point gate injection molding method.;SOLUTION: In the mechanism adjusting the opening/closing timing for the individual nozzle gates of a multi-point gate injection molding machine having two or more open-nozzle type nozzle gates injecting a resin, timing pins constituting a nozzle gate switching mechanism carrying out forward/backward motion toward the nozzle gates are arranged in a part or the whole of the area of an injection molding mold opposing the nozzle gates. The timing pins can close and open the nozzle gates by carrying out a proceeding operation from a position on the opposite side toward the nozzle gates so as to close the nozzle gates and by carrying out a refuge operation against the nozzle gates so as to open the nozzle gates, respectively, and the opening/closing timing of two or more nozzle gates is adjusted by controlling the forward/backward motion of two or more of the timing pins.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
