PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic-inorganic hybrid semiconductor material with a high electron injecting property and a high electron transporting property, a liquid material that is obtained by dissolving such an organic-inorganic hybrid semiconductor material in a solvent, and also to provide an organic luminescent element that uses such an organic-inorganic hybrid material to have excellent luminescent efficiency and durability, a highly reliable luminescent device having such an organic luminescent element, and electronic equipment.;SOLUTION: The organic luminescent element 1 comprises: an anode 3; a cathode 7; and a hole transporting layer 4, an organic luminescent layer 5, and electron transporting layer 6 that are sequentially laminated from the anode 3 side between the anode 3 and cathode 7. The electron transporting layer 6 includes a triaryl phosphate compound, an alkali metal ion obtained by dissolving a metal salt in a monovalent alcohol, and an alkali-earth metal ion, wherein the number of P=O bonds and the number of metal ions contained in the phosphoric compound satisfy a predetermined quantitative ratio.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
