PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line device for inoculation feeding of retort culture media in artificial mushroom cultivation aiming at simplification and labor saving. PSOLUTION: The line device for inoculation feeding of retort culture media in artificial mushroom cultivation is provided with: a container-supplying device; a slanted feeding device receiving a container sequentially fed from the container-supplying device; an inoculation feeding line to which the retort culture media is shifted from the container on the slanted feeding device; a deadhead line to which the container getting empty on the inoculation feeding line is shifted; an inoculation machine and a sealing machine each placed on the inoculation feeding line; a sewn-up feeding line following the inoculation feeding line; and a sewing machine device and a ball-putting device each placed on the sewn-up feeding line; wherein the sealing machine is structured so that the opening of a bag charged with the retort culture media is formed into a bending shape so as to be easily sewn with the sewing machine device, the ball-putting device is structured so as to stuff up the retort culture media from the sewing machine device to the empty container fed from the deadhead line, and a culture process is provided.
