PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load distribution measuring method for a distortion sensor built-in type rolling bearing as to an outer ring capable of finding precisely a load distribution of the rolling bearing, by a measuring device of simple constitution, and an apparatus therefor.;SOLUTION: This load distribution measuring method for the distortion sensor built-in type rolling bearing as to the outer ring is provided with a thin hole 5 along an axial direction in the vicinity of a raceway track face of the outer ring 4 of the rolling bearing, is inserted with the optical fiber distortion sensor 6 into the thin hole 5, draws out an output signal from the optical fiber distortion sensor 6 by an optical fiber 7, connects the optical fiber 7 to a distortion measuring instrument 8, and detects a distortion when a rolling element 3 passes a position of the optical fiber distortion sensor 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
