PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a location registration system or the like of a wireless base station, capable of easily registering the location of the wireless base station in which an IP network is a communication infrastructure.;SOLUTION: The location registration system of the wireless base station includes: the GPS loaded cellular terminal 2 having a cellular transmission/reception section 201 for transmitting and receiving cellular wireless signals to/from the wireless base station 1 and a GPS section 202 for acquiring its own location information on the basis of signals from a GPS satellite; and the wireless base station 1 having a cellular transmission/reception section 101 for transmitting and receiving the cellular wireless signals to/from the GPS loaded cellular terminal 2, an IP network connection state detection section 102 for detecting the connection state of the IP network, and a location registration part 103 for acquiring the location information from the GPS loaded cellular terminal and defining it as its own registration location on the basis of the connection state of the IP network.
