PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a measure for stent placement. PSOLUTION: This apparatus has a stent which is adhered to a porosity biocompatible material and this stent is penetrable to an endothelial cell under proliferation, but has no penetrativity to the release of an embolus of a magnitude decided beforehand. A desirable stent design and desirable manufacturing technique are provided. An apparatus and a measure for employing in a blood vessel ramification portion are also provided. Further, the preferred embodiment may include coating composed for the local delivery of drugs. It is anticipated that the preferred embodiment provides reinforced thrombus securement, improved force dispersion, and improved recrossing possibility and simultaneously reduces the risk of restenosis and thrombosis.
