CARRIER LEAK SUPPRESSING METHOD OF OFDM TYPE WIRELESS TRANSMITTER AND WIRELESS TRANSMITTER USING THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier suppression technique capable of stably suppressing carrier leak by a simple mechanism.;SOLUTION: An I component and a Q component to be inputted to an orthogonal modulator 10 are set to zero, the output power of the orthogonal modulator 10 at the time is detected by a power detector 20 and offset values of the I component and the Q component are changed by DACs 30, 40, so that the detected power is minimized to suppress carrier leak from an output of the orthogonal modulator 10. An offset voltage is changed via the DACs 30, 40 by changing the offset values of the I component and the Q component set from a signal processing part 30. Further when a change frequency in changing the offset values is limited to the prescribed number of times, the offset values can be quickly corrected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
