PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing compound packing apparatus which packs, for example, a sealing compound from a syringe into a nozzle without including bubbles.;SOLUTION: A pump 220 discharges a gas in a chamber 210 through a hole part 211 outside the chamber 210 when the sealing compound 352 is packed into the nozzle 320. Therefore, the pressure P2 in the chamber 210 is relatively low than the pressure P1 in the space in the side of an opening part 311. Thus, a difference ΔP is relatively generated between the pressure P1 in the side of the opening part 311 and the pressure P2 in the nozzle 210, and the sealing compound 352 is sucked from the syringe 310 into the nozzle 320 without including bubbles and packed into the nozzle 320.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
