PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block which is light, soft, safe, and does not sink down nor lose shape even when a child mounts on it, the block in which one kind of shape is enough for a connection hole to be formed into the block, a joint has only to be fitted with the connection hole to join the blocks, which can be easily and quickly assembled and deassembled, does not require a skilled worker, and can enlarge compact blocks limitlessly.;SOLUTION: The block tool has a plurality of kinds of blocks 1a to 1q formed by a resin foam, such as an EVA resin foam, and joints 3 which connect the respective blocks and are harder than the respective blocks 1a to 1q. An inward narrow gap 2a having an open end 2a is formed in each of the blocks 1a to 1q. A head hole 2c of a larger diameter than the narrow gap 2a is conjuncted to an inner end of the narrow gap 2b to form connection holes 2. An engaging piece part 3a for engaging the joint 3 with the narrow gap 2b and head parts 3b to be fitted with the head hole 2c on both sides of the engaging piece part 3a are integrally formed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
