PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an intracellular protein encoded by a solid culture-specific gene to be expressed in a liquid culture to facilitate the extraction by identifying a transcription regulatory gene enabling the solid culture-specific gene to be expressed in a liquid culture system, and enabling the transcription regulatory gene to be expressed highly.;SOLUTION: The gene encodes a protein including a specific amino acid sequence and having the transcription regulatory factor activities of the solid culture-specific gene of Aspergillus oryzae.
