PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad information provision system, a station yard server, a railroad information provision method, a program, and a recording medium, surely notifying passengers of appropriate information.;SOLUTION: Mobile terminal devices held by the passenger in a train, a server in a train disposed in the train to send/receive information to/from the mobile terminal devices before starting the train, and the station yard server disposed to each station to send/receive to/from the information to/from the server in the train, are provided.
