PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily regulate the temperature of only a specific section differently from the temperature of other sections in a Japanese hotchpotch pot divided in multiple sections without arranging new equipment such as a temperature detecting means.;SOLUTION: Soup and ingredients to be held in the predetermined section are held in a container holdable in the predetermined section and arranged in the predetermined section.
