PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for a glass fiber-reinforced polyamide resin composite material improved in mechanical strength such as bending strength, and a processing method of glass fiber base material used in the production method for solving problems such as high water absorbency and insufficient mechanical strength in the glass fiber-reinforced polyamide resin composite material and causing no void due to unpolymerized monomer in a matrix resin.;SOLUTION: The production method for a glass fiber-reinforced polyamide resin composite material comprises: (1) a glass fiber base material processing process (A) including a process (A-1) to bring a glass fiber base material into contact with an amino group-containing silane compound or an acid aqueous solution of its salt and a process (A-2) to treat the glass fiber base material undergoing the process (A-1) with an alkali solution; and (2) a process (B) wherein the glass fiber base material undergoing the above processing process (A) is impregnated with a polymerizable composition containing ε-caprolactam to be anionically polymerized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
