METHOD FOR PRODUCING FINE ORGANIC PIGMENT, FINE ORGANIC PIGMENT AND FINE ORGANIC PIGMENT COLOR COMPOSITION

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fine organic pigment to be used for obtaining a colored film which is useful as a color filter for a liquid crystal television set, has low retardation, is excellent in viewing angle dependence and has high transparency and to provide the fine organic pigment obtained by the producing method and a fine organic pigment color composition obtained by using the fine organic pigment. PSOLUTION: The method for producing the fine organic pigment comprises the steps of: mechanically kneading an organic pigment, water-soluble inorganic salt, an aqueous organic solvent and a resin (A) which has 1 part weight solubility in 100 parts weight aqueous organic solvent at 25C and has an amino group and/or a quaternary ammonium salt group; and removing the water-soluble inorganic salt and the aqueous organic solvent from the obtained kneaded material by using water.
