PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trademark retrieval system capable of preventing retrieval omission in retrieving trademark name.;SOLUTION: The trademark retrieval system is for performing processing to judge whether or not trademark name of contrastive two trademarks are similar to each other and is provided with: a trademark extracting means for extracting trademark application registration information attached by trademark information having a prescribed relationship with the trademark information to be retrieved which is input as a retrieval object; a trademark name reading means for reading trademark name information attached to the trademark application registration information to which the read trademark belongs; a trademark name relating means for relating the read trademark name information to the input trademark information to be retrieved; and a trademark similarity judging means for contrasting all the related trademarks to the trademark application registration information stored in a trademark information database with all the related trademark name as the retrieval object and judging whether or not trademark name of the two contrastive trademarks are similar to each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
