MOLD FOR VULCANIZATION MOLDING OF RUBBER CRAWLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for vulcanization molding of a rubber crawler which can be suitably used for avoiding the formation of spewed rubber.;SOLUTION: The mold for vulcanization molding is equipped with an inner mold 2 which is arranged along the outer circumferential surface of a lock ring 1 and an outer mold 3 which forms a cavity for the rubber crawler inside of it in combination with the inner mold 2. The inner mold 2 is composed of a plurality of segments 2a-2d which are abutted against each other at their edge faces and are arranged to surround the lock ring 1. Seal members 4 are placed at at least one sides of the abutted faces of the segments 2a-2d to eliminate the gaps taking place between the edge faces of the segments.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
