CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF NET FOR PREVENTING FALL OF EXFOLIATION CONCRETE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a concrete fall preventive net with a very long service life.;SOLUTION: A prepared hole for driving an anchor pin is bored in a concrete face, and while holding down the concrete fall preventive net with a seat plate that suppresses an area of at least one or more grating parts of the net, the concrete fall preventive net is stuck to the concrete face together with the anchor pin. A washer with a diameter larger than a collar part of the anchor pin and smaller than the seat plate is interposed between the collar part of the anchor pin and the seat plate. The anchor pin, a wedge and the washer are formed of the same stainless steel. The seat plate is formed of corrosion resistant synthetic resin, and corrosion resistant coating is applied to the collar part of the anchor pin and at least the exposed side of the washer. Specifically, the wedge and the washer are formed of SUS304 steel, and the collar part of the anchor pin and the washer are coated with a fluororesin coating material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
