PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately check the degree of deterioration in concrete in an early stage.;SOLUTION: In this water sealing plate which is arranged in an opening 31 formed at a steel bottom plate 13 of a composite floor slab 3, a transparent base plate is provided so that the concrete 19 for embedding the water sealing plate can be visually recognized via the opening 31; and a moisture-reactive chemical agent, which is modified or discolored by reacting with moisture is applied to the base plate, and coated with a water-soluble film, so that the degree of the deterioration of the concrete can be checked.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
