PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-loss EBG structure and an antenna device using it, and a wireless tag.;SOLUTION: A loss of an EBG caused by a via 3 is reduced and a detrimental effect on antenna characteristics is suppressed by dispersing a path wherein a high frequency current flows by using a plurality of vias 3 connecting a top electrode 1 and a ground electrode 2 for each unit cell of the EBG structure and by reducing the loss generated when a high frequency current flows in the via 3 by enlarging a total surface area of the via 3.
