PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an inverter output current waveform which changes at a speed equal to or greater than maximum clock frequencies (maximum sampling frequencies) of A/D converters.;SOLUTION: There are provided two pieces of the A/D converters (1), (2), and a delay circuit 21. The delay circuit 21 delays a current signal Io detected by a current detector 3, and generates the delayed current signal Io'. Then, the current signal Io detected by the current detector 3 is sampled by the A/D converter (1), and the delayed current signal Io' is sampled by the A/D converter (2). Furthermore, common sampling clock signals CLK are input to the respective A/D converters (1), (2). By this, the change of the inverter output current waveform which changes at the speed equal to or greater than the maximum clock frequencies of the individual A/D converters (1), (2) can be detected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
