PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology allowing temperature measurement by using an I/O port circuit being a standard function of a microcomputer.;SOLUTION: A capacitive element is connected to the I/O port circuit of this microcomputer through a thermistor, a reference resistor or the like, charge operation and discharge operation for the capacitive element are controlled through the output operation of the I/O port circuit, and thereby a predetermined change of a terminal voltage obtained from the capacitive element is introduced by using the input operation of the I/O port circuit. Information of temperature is obtained by measuring an interval from the start of charge/discharge operation to the introduction of the predetermined change by a timer counter or the like and referring to a conversion table by using the measurement result as an index.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
