PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor type radiation detection sensor with low power consumption and a simple structure, which can be applied to a large size detection subject by adopting a structure which is not affected by restriction of such as a wafer size for forming an element and a structure which does not increase capacitance even when a detection surface increases, and to provide a semiconductor type radiation detection sensor unit which can be applied to the large size detection subject by using a plurality of such the radiation detection sensors.;SOLUTION: A signal passage of the radiation detection sensor 100 is shortened by approximately conforming a connection position of a wiring part 21 of a detection element arrangement surface of a circuit board 2 and a wire wiring part 3, to a connection position of a wiring part 21 of a signal processing part arrangement surface of the circuit board 2 and a signal processing part 4 respectively on front and rear surfaces of the circuit board 2.
