PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound deadening and heat insulating material manufacturing method by which the manufacturing work is facilitated and the cost is reduced, and also an optional shaped material is easily manufactured, and to provide a sound deadening and heat insulating material which exhibits an excellent sound deadening and heat insulating effect even under a high temperature condition.;SOLUTION: The sound deadening and heat insulating material 1 is obtained by using glass wool 3 as a core material, laminating a binder 5 comprising polypropylene unwoven cloth on both front and back surfaces of the glass wool 3, laminating a surface material comprising an aluminum glass cloth 7 on the surface of the surface side binder 5, laminating a back surface material comprising stainless wool 9 on the surface of the back surface side of the binder and heating, cooling and pressing the laminated material 11 by a heat press to thermally fuse.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
