PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which can calculate dynamic intermediate value used as a standard for absorbing a variation of output value and obtaining accurate measured value.;SOLUTION: A measured value specific device 1 acquires a measuring signal which is output from a sensor S detecting a condition of an object, and analog-digital conversion is carried out and a digital value information is formed. In an intermediate value determination device 10, a measured value accumulation part 11 acquires the digital value information from the measured value specific device, and accumulates the information. Then, an intermediate value determination part 12, after lapse of a fixed time, determines the value with high frequency for every fixed time as the intermediate value, among the accumulated plural digital information.
