PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multidisplay-display video generating device can perform display having unified screen luminance of each display constituting the multidisplay, and to provide a multidisplay video display system.;SOLUTION: A video signal processing constitution section 10A includes: an enlargement and reduction section 11 which receives the video signal of an original image and generates a video signal to be displayed on a display 74A; a gain calculation section 12 which extracts a region to displayed on the display 74A from the original image, and calculates a gain value for each extracted region; a gain setting section 14 which selects the gain value being minimal from the calculated gain value; and a multiplication section 15 which generates the video signal subjected to the gain adjustment by multiplying the selected gain value by the video signals to be displayed on the respective displays 74A to 74D. Display constitution sections 70A to 70D include: horizontal scanning period calculation sections which calculate the horizontal scanning periods of the video signals subjected to the gain adjustment and generated in the video signal processing constitution sections 10A to 10D; scanning drive circuit sections which generate the signals to be displayed on the displays 74A to 74D; and modulation drive circuit sections.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
