PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a priority order distribution system, a priority order determination device and a priority order determination method, for determining priority order of mails such that a more important mail of the received mails can be preferentially read and processed, and distributing the mails according thereto.;SOLUTION: This priority order distribution system has a mail server, a mail client, and the priority order determination device independent of the mail server and the mail client. The priority order determination device receives information necessary for the priority order determination from the mail server or the mail client. Information about the approximate number of replies to one mail and the approximate read number of the one mail is included in the received information, priority is calculated based on the information, the priority order is determined from the calculated priority with respect to the plurality of mails, and the determined priority order related to the plurality of mails is distributed to the mail server or the mail client.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
