PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for setting a zero point of an ink supply arrangement and also a device and method for adjusting the ink supply arrangement, which enable accurate adjustment of an ink supply, by the exact and easy detection of a zero-point ink supply (zero point).;SOLUTION: The device for setting the zero point of the ink supply arrangement comprises an ink fountain roller 6, an ink supply source 7 for forming an ink film on the peripheral surface of the ink fountain roller 6, an ink transfer roller 8 which receives ink on the peripheral surface of the ink fountain roller 6 through a gap, an ink supply control means 60 for controlling the ink supply from the ink supply source 7 to the ink fountain roller 6, an ink sensor 10 which detects a change in the shape of the surface of the ink film on the peripheral surface of the ink fountain roller 6, and a zero point setting means for setting the state of the ink supply of the ink supply source at the time point when the change in the shape of the surface of the ink film is detected by the ink sensor 10, as the zero point that is a starting point of supply of the ink to a plate cylinder.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
