PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application monitoring method for determining whether an application operates, the application being executed by a plurality of computers in conjunction with each other, and to provide an operating method of a server system, an application monitoring program, and an operation program of the server system. PSOLUTION: When a server system receives monitoring data associated with an application performed by a plurality of servers in conjunction with each other, data based on the monitoring data are transmitted and received among the servers while rewriting the received monitoring data, and when the data based on the monitoring data is spread to all the servers, any server transmits information showing that the application operates to a monitoring device.
