PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new word dictionary generation thin client system having high utility value to a user. PSOLUTION: This new word dictionary generation thin client system 80 has a mobile terminal 10, and a server 50. The mobile terminal 10 has an information processing part 20, and a temporary storage part 30. The information processing part 20 has: a communication part 203 transmitting/receiving a character input history; a data reading-writing part 202 updating the character input history; and a character input application part 201. The temporary storage part 30 has a character-inputting data part 301 including a character input history part 302, a basic dictionary part 303, and a new word dictionary part 304. The server 50 has an information processing part 60, and a storage part 70. The information processing part 60 has: a communication part 601 transmitting/receiving the character input history to/from the mobile terminal 10; a data reading-writing part 602 generating a new word candidate list; and a data comparison-importance level impartation part 603 updating a new word dictionary.
