PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system presenting a road or a place where the possibility of instantaneously getting in an empty taxi is high.;SOLUTION: This information collection/distribution system 10 has a taxi terminal device 40, an information collection/distribution server (a navigation server) 30, and a user terminal 20. The taxi terminal device 40 transmits taxi information including a present traveling position and traveling direction to a taxi information collection/distribution server 50 when detecting an empty taxi state of one's own vehicle, and the taxi information collection/distribution server 50 has an empty taxi information database 60 and an empty taxi information extraction means 54. When performing inquiry related to information of the empty taxi of a prescribed area of the user terminal device 20 to the taxi information collection/distribution server 50, the empty taxi information extraction means 54 extracts the taxi present in an advance direction approaching a position of the user terminal device 20 from the empty taxis inside the prescribed area in reference to the empty taxi information database 60, and performs guidance to the user terminal device 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
