PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly detect looseness of a bolt even when the bolt comes loose after the bolt is once fastened, for example, in a component management implement, and a component state management method and system.;SOLUTION: This component management implement has: a switch 15 interposed in fastening part or the like of screws 1, 2 equipped in equipment, wherein closing/opening changes over according to fastening axial force, for example; and an RF tag 12 connected to the switch 15, responding according to a closing/opening state of the switch 15. Response information from the RF tag 12 is read through the switch 15 closing/opening according to a state of a component such as the fastening axial force of the screws 1, 2.
