PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform display of a campaign screen with a high degree of appeal to a customer. PSOLUTION: Information for discriminating whether a customer is a VIP or a general customer and person-in charge identification information showing a person in charge of the customer for the VIP are set to customer information managed by a customer information management device 2. The customer management device 2 receives customer identification information received from an automatic transaction device 1, determines whether the customer concerned is the VIP or the general customer by the information, and searches and transmits corresponding campaign information to the automatic transaction device 1 according to the results.
