PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable quick processing corresponding to an abrupt increase in reserved amount of a reserve tank on a particular island in island rows, which keeps a plurality of islands having the reserve tanks arranged in parallel and parent islands having large-capacity reserve tanks arranged on both ends.;SOLUTION: When the distances from own island to the parent island 30A and to the parent island 30E are different, the following selection is performed: (a) if a reserve amount of the reserve tank of the parent island nearer to the own island is a level 4 or higher which is toward the full side, and if a reserve amount of the reserve tank of the parent island farther from the own island is a level 3 or lower, a direction toward the parent island farther from the own island is selected as a discharge request direction; and (b) when a reserve amount of the reserve tank of the parent island nearer to the own island is the level 3 or lower, or when reserve amounts of the reserve tanks of both of the parent islands are the level 4 or higher, a direction toward the parent island nearer to the own island is selected as the discharge request direction. When the distances from the own island to both of the parent islands are the same, the discharge request direction is selected in the following priority: (c) a direction toward the parent island having less reserve amount, and (d) a direction that is predetermined fixedly.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
