RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING METHOD AND PREFABRICATED PIPING MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which in the past, a pipe member is wasted because plumbing is performed at a job site for plumbing and connecting, and a joint member and a pipe jointed and connected to the joint member cannot be heated, melted and fused because they are turned into crosslinked polyethylene by reactive processing of crosslinking immediately after molding, as a result, an indirect method is performed for fusing a joint connection by covering a required part with heatable and meltable polyethylene.;SOLUTION: Plumbing design drawings illustrating from a header to each terminal faucet are prepared, and a pipe 1 molded from a silane grafted resin is cut to each size corresponding to the plumbing design drawings. After the cut pipes are fused to the joint member such as the header 2 and formed into a prefabricated piping member, the prefabricated piping member is subjected to the reactive processing of crosslinking and plumbed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
