PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for estimating a wireless radio channel capable of avoiding or at least reducing the need of training symbols for channel estimation, in a two-way relaying network, in order to increase the spectral efficiency.;SOLUTION: The apparatus, for estimating a wireless radio channel (H4) between a first terminal (16) and a relay station (14), comprises: a receiver (222) for receiving a signal (Ym) comprising a superposition of pretransmitted first information (Sm) from the first terminal (16) and the second information (Sb) from a second terminal (12), the second terminal (12) also communicating with the relay station (14); a storage (210) for storing the pretransmitted first information (Sm); and a channel calculator (224) for calculating the wireless radio channel (H4) using the received signal (Ym) and the first information (Sm) stored in the storage (210) as pilot information for the received signal (Ym).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
