PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, program and method for determining a sales price of a book so as to be easily purchased by a user and to prevent loss of a seller.;SOLUTION: The book sales price determination device comprises: a price storage means 32 which stores a price of a book composed of a plurality of areas; a charge amount storage means 34 which stores a charge amount in association with each of the plurality of areas; a charge amount accumulation means 16 which acquires a charge amount of an area displayed by a user among the plurality of areas from the charge amount storage means 34 and accumulates the acquired charge amounts to calculate an accumulated charge amount; and a sales price determination means 20 which acquires, upon receipt of a purchase application of the book from the user, the price of the book from the price storage means 32 and determines a sales price of the book based on a difference between the accumulated charge amount and the price of the book.
