PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize and simplify a die and a forming facility for forming a sheathing protective material to reduce cost and promptly respond to a design change for changing an arrangement route of a wiring harness, when forming the wiring harness protected by the sheathing protective material and arranged in a vehicle in the three-dimensional posture.;SOLUTION: The sheathing protective material comprises an integrally molded product formed of hard resin and continuously having pipes which surround the wiring harness and comprise straight pipes and bellows pipes. The bellows pipes are arranged between the straight pipes in regions which become bent positions when the wiring harness is arranged in the vehicle. After the wiring harness is made to penetrated the pipes of the sheathing protective material straight, the bellows pipes are bent to intended directions by a bender so as to arrange the wiring harness protected by the sheathing protective material to have a three-dimensional arrangement posture while the restoration of the thickness and the material quality of the pipes is made impossible.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
