PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device capable of reducing the loading to a server controlling a comment which can be uttered by a user even if it is information other than a text.;SOLUTION: The terminal device has a list storage unit which stores content identification information for identifying a content which can be uttered as a comment on motion image data in the form of a list, an input unit which accepts a data input of a selection indication for selecting a content as a comment from a user for a content stored in the list storage unit, and a transmission unit which receives an input of content identification information on a content selected from the list storage unit according to the selection indication input to the input unit for motion image data distributed from a motion image distribution server 1 and transmits a motion image playback time at the point of time when the content identification information is imparted as a comment to the content distribution server 2 as comment information on the comment imparting time together with the content identification information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
