IRON CORE FOR TRANSFORMER AND REACTOR WITH SMALL VIBRATION AND NOISE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which a larger effect is obtained as a method of suppressing vibration and noise by providing a viscoelastic resin between steel plates of an iron core so as to reduce the noise of iron cores of a transformer and a reactor which are manufactured by stacking the electromagnetic steel plates.;SOLUTION: The iron cores for the transformer and the reactor with small vibration and noise are characterized in that the iron cores provided with viscoelastic resin layers for vibration suppression at each of plurality of stacked steel plates are manufactured by forming an adhesion layer of ≤4 μm in thickness in a gap between the steel plates having no viscoelastic resin layers between and bonding the adjacent steel plates to each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
