This invention is continual process in order to produce water non ionicity hydrophilic polyurethane dispersed ones, and that kind of water non ionicity hydrophilic polyurethane dispersed ones. Water non ionicity hydrophilic polyurethane dispersed ones due to this invention include the reaction product of the chain extended reagent non ionicity hydrophilic prepolymer, the water, due to the external surface active agent, and case with when. Non ionicity hydrophilic prepolymer, the 1st component, and includes the reaction product of the 2nd component. The 1st component, is selected from aromatic poriisoshianato, aliphatic poriisoshianato and the group which consists of these combinations. The 2nd component, is hydrophilic alkylene oxide poly- all, non ionicity hydrophilic alkylene oxide mono all or these combinations. As for continual process in order to producing non ionicity water hydrophilic polyurethane dispersed ones, (1) the process which offers the dispersed phase liquids style which possess flux R2 (as for the dispersed phase liquids style, (a) the 1st component which is aromatic poriisoshianato, aliphatic poriisoshianato or these combinations, and (b) it contains the non ionicity hydrophilic polyurethane prepolymer which includes the reaction product of the 2nd component which is non ionicity hydrophilic alkylene oxide poly- all, non ionicity hydrophilic alkylene oxide mono all or these combinations); (2) the process which offers the continual phase liquids style which possess flux R1 (the continual phase liquids style include the surface active agent due to the water, and case,); (3) continuing the dispersed phase liquids style and the continual phase liquids, style inserting in spur sir high shearing D, the process which it mixes (R2: R1 is the range of the 10:90 - the 30:70); (4) the process which emulsifies non ionicity hydrophilic polyurethane prepolymer in the water by spur sir high shearing D; And (5) with that, the process which produces non ionicity hydrophilic water polyurethane dispersed ones is included.
