PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in these days, global warming caused by carbon dioxide warming is a long term problem, and in addition to this, transition to solar power generation utilizing the sunlight is desired as a breakaway from a petroleum energy or cleaner energy source, since an immense amount of the sunlight falls on the earth to be a source for supporting our life activities, it is also extremely valuable as a usable energy source on the earth, and recently, photovoltaic generation (solar power generation) prevails as an energy source instead of oil and atomic power, however, there is no system capable of generating power without problems even in a cold and snowed district.;SOLUTION: The system is provided which can constantly generate power by melting snow on the surface of a solar panel in snowfall or after snowing by incorporating the heating wire vertically and horizontally, or vertically or horizontally or aslant in order to solve the problems.
