PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a three-dimensional structure body by a free molding technique for a three-dimensional shape and a three-dimensional structure body product.;SOLUTION: The method for producing a three-dimensional structure body by discharging a paste from a nozzle by using a dispenser application method is a method of producing a structure comprising the step of producing a three-dimensional structure body by using a paste having two characteristics, i.e., excellent fluidity at the time of discharge and specified-shape retention property attained by hardening immediately after discharge, and adjusting the coating speed and the paste coating speed to control the three-dimensional molding. The structure body production method is employed for a fine pattern formation method for forming a fine pattern in the state that a prescribed fine structure including the shape and distribution state of the particles of the main component of the paste material is controlled.
