PSOLUTION: An image delivery and display system comprises the wrapped bus 101 having an image display system 102 for image display on the body exterior, and an exterior display management apparatus 401 connected to the image display system 102 via a network 301 to send preset image information to the image display system 102. The exterior display management apparatus 401 has the function of acquiring position information about the wrapped bus 101 and the function of controlling the output display timing of the image information according to the position information.
