PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently acquire necessary log information concerned with an error, when the error has occurred in an operation process part of equipment. PSOLUTION: The operation process parts 1, 3 operate the equipment. An error monitoring part 5 monitors the operation process parts 1, 3 to detect the error. A log storage part 13 stores the log information of the operation process parts 1, 3. A log management part 11 extracts the log information out of operation information from the operation process parts 1, 3 concerned with the error, when the error monitoring part 5 detects the error in the operation process parts 1, 3, and storage-manages the log information in the log storage part 13.
