PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-rolled stainless steel strip for continuous annealing and pickle processing which is excellent in appearance quality by processing a stainless steel strip after hot finish rolling, not through leader material connecting equipment.;SOLUTION: The hot-rolled stainless steel strip is characterized in that thinned rolled part which is thinner by 5-35% than the thickness of a product part is provided on the front and rear end parts of the hot-rolled stainless steel strip, not through the leader material connecting equipment and without connecting to the leader material.
