PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid execution of erroneous travel control by deciding possibility/impossibility of cooperation travel control and appropriately performing a stop or resumption.;SOLUTION: A road attribute information acquisition part 13 acquires road attribute information (such as a temporary stop line, a curve, or a speed limit section) attached to a road in front of a vehicle during a travel from map information 17, and a cooperation control information output part 14 outputs cooperation control information according to the road attribute information, and instructs a cooperation travel controller 21 about the prescribed cooperation travel control. A control suspension/resumption instruction part 15 decides the possibility/impossibility of the cooperation travel control when the road attribute information (such as a junction of three roads) having possibility that the cooperation travel control becomes impossible is acquired, instructs the cooperation travel controller 21 about suspension of the control when it is impossible, and notifies a driver of this effect by an alarm device 222.
